Terms
The deal between you and Swipoff, in plain words. Last updated 18 October 2026.
Who we are
Swipoff is an iPhone app made in Barcelona, Spain. You can reach us at [email protected].
The app licence
You get Swipoff from the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These terms add to it. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement wins.
Swipoff Pro
- Swipoff Pro costs €3.99 a month or €24.99 a year, with VAT included. Other countries see their local price in the App Store.
- New subscribers get the first week free. If you buy a plan during the free week, the rest of the week ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the free week ends.
- Your plan renews by itself unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal in the 24 hours before that.
- You can manage or cancel your plan in your iPhone's Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions.
- Apple handles payments and refunds. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What Swipoff does
Swipoff uses Apple's Screen Time to switch apps off on the schedule you set, and lets you earn minutes back or ask a friend to switch them on early. It's a tool to help you, and we can't promise any result. Swipoff isn't medical advice or treatment.
Calls, Messages, Maps and banking are never blocked. A pact lasts 30 days at most, and a 60-minute emergency break is always there. Screen Time is Apple's, so if Apple changes or limits it, some parts of Swipoff may stop working as described.
Your keyholder
You choose who has your switch and you send them the link. Pick someone you trust and who is happy to get your asks. Anyone with the link and the code can switch your apps on early, so if the link ends up with someone else, send a new key from the app. That turns the old link off.
Your keyholder can only switch your apps on early. They can't see which apps you use, how long you use them or where you are.
Use it for yourself
Swipoff is for limiting your own phone. Don't use it to control or watch someone else, or to lock someone out of their phone without their agreement.
Your data
Our privacy policy says what we keep and why. The short version: the apps you pick and how you use them stay on your iPhone.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep Swipoff running, but we can't promise it will always work without errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.
Law
Spanish law applies. If you're a consumer, you can also go to the courts where you live.
